We decided to color Easter Eggs at the house tonight. We had a blast! Nothing like some hard boiled eggs and food coloring to make you feel five again :)

Stained Glass tricks (Feb 24th)

I was at Tabor Space this morning, a non-profit coffee house where my friend Robyn volunteers as a barista and the space has lovely stained glass windows. I took this of a stained glass window through another window and I like how it did this crazy thing.

City & Colour (Jan 30th)

Oy, long long day = no picture taken and thus said, stand-in cheater picture...
I love this picture of the city and the colours all blurred together.
It reminds me of Christmas and this piece of magic.

Metal Flowers (Jan 26th)

These metal flowers made me smile today.
Mostly because when I first saw them I thought each flower had a smiley face.
Which I think might be too cheesy, even for me.

Malawian painting (Jan 25th)

I was just hanging out in our attic and stumbled across a pile of Malawian paintings/tapestries that I bought when I was there. They're so pretty and colorful and I can't help but think about Malawi and all my friends there and I just miss it. It makes my heart hurt.
Someday...hopefully, someday soon.

Portland is pretty.
I took this with my friend Will's awesome wide angle lens. I definitely have lens envy and hope to get this one eventually(17-40mm, f/4L).

My friend Kelsey makes books, from SCRATCH. Yeah, she's awesome like that. I bought this one from her at Crafty Wonderland (big local craft fair for local artists to share and show off their stuff), which is a real thing and also awesome.
I just love the vintage cowboy theme.
I might not look it, but deep down, I'm a little bit country.
